Some workflows need no new screen. An automation can receive an input, process it and pass a result to the next person or system. We define the handoff, exceptions and review points as part of its scope.

Each app builds on a standard approach to authentication, security and deployment. We work through the data it handles, who can use it and the systems it connects to, while keeping the feature set focused.
Hosting & ongoing operation
AOS offers monthly hosting and support to keep the agreed application running. Service levels and responsibilities are set in the contract. Additional features or changes are scoped and charged separately, so a small app can stay manageable.

A practice sends a redacted PDF report into a workflow. AI helps classify it and gives the front desk a routing recommendation for review. This illustrates an administrative handoff: the practice retains responsibility for reviewing the recommendation and directing the report to the right person.

We define the workflow and acceptance criteria with you before building. The agreement also covers what happens once the app is in use.

- What is included in the build, how it is accepted and who owns the business process.
- Monthly operation, change costs, the supported life and what happens at its end.
The supported term, maintenance responsibilities and arrangements for renewal or retirement are agreed per project.
