Cloud, network & office infrastructure

Your infrastructure. Managed together.

AOS plans, deploys and manages cloud compute, on-premises servers and workplace infrastructure. From the systems running your applications to the network connecting your office, we bring the setup and ongoing management together.

Your systems need to work together, wherever they run.

Cloud workloads, local servers and office equipment depend on reliable connections and clear access controls. We look at the applications, data and people using them, then plan where systems should run and how they will be managed.

What we can help with

Compute, networks and the systems behind your business.

  • Cloud compute

Deploy and manage cloud compute for your business applications and workloads. Plan virtual server capacity, storage, connectivity and access around what the systems need, with resource usage, costs and recovery requirements considered from the start.

  • On-premises server management

Manage the physical and virtual servers running in your premises. Keep operating systems, access and performance under review, plan hardware maintenance or replacement, and manage changes around the applications and data that depend on them.

  • Site assessment & planning

Review your locations, users, connected equipment and existing infrastructure. Identify recurring faults, capacity limits and dependencies. For a new office or expansion, plan the technology work around the space, the move and the business timetable.

  • Switching, firewalls & network access

Connect workplace devices through a network that fits the site. We work with switches, firewalls and access controls, including how staff, guests and equipment should be separated and how people connect between locations.

  • Business Wi-Fi

Look at coverage, access-point placement and the demands on wireless connections. A site assessment can include Wi-Fi heat mapping. Plan staff and guest access around the building and the devices that need to connect.

  • Cabling & equipment setup

Plan network cabling, connection points and equipment locations alongside the office layout. Coordinate installation requirements with the people responsible for the space, so desks, printers, phones and meeting areas have the connections they need.

  • Installation, moves & on-site support

Bring the equipment and network work together for an office move, refresh or new site. AOS can help with installation and troubleshooting on site, then agree the handover and ongoing support arrangements.

A familiar starting point

The office is moving. The business still needs to work.

We have helped customers move offices and attended sites when internet connections or servers failed. Those situations bring several needs together: connectivity, equipment, access and someone available to work through the problem on site. Planning them together makes the responsibilities clearer.

The starting point

Start with your systems and the change you need.

Bring an infrastructure problem, a cloud requirement or an upcoming office move. We will review the systems you have, their dependencies and the support you need.

  • Locations, users, applications and existing cloud or on-premises servers.
  • Compute capacity, network connections, access, backups and supplier responsibilities.
  • Deployment timing, acceptable interruption and ongoing management needs.

Project delivery and ongoing management are agreed separately. Where building work or carrier changes are involved, their responsibilities and timing form part of the plan.
